Heather C. Getz, MBA, CPA (inactive), NACD.DC.

Heather C. Getz is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience. She brings a strong combination of strategic vision, financial discipline, and operational execution and a track record of value creation, capital stewardship, and transformational leadership. Prior to TELA Bio, Ms. Getz was an executive of Butterfly Network, Inc. (NYSE: BFLY) most recently as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer and Corporate Secretary. While there she made transformative changes in its strategy, capital allocation, cash runway and investor relations while building a performance culture. Previously, Ms. Getz served as Chief Financial Officer and President of North America at Healthy.io Ltd., a privately-held medical technology company. Before joining Healthy.io Ltd., for 12 years, Ms. Getz held executive leadership positions at BioTelemetry, Inc., a publicly-traded medical technology company, including serving as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. During her tenure, her responsibilities spanned strategy, finance, commercial leadership, and operations. She was instrumental in turning around and growing BioTelemetry, Inc. from a market capitalization of $50 million to $2.8 billion upon its sale to Koninklijke Philips N.V. (NYSE: PHG) in 2021. Ms. Getz has been a member of the Myomo, Inc. (NYSE:MYO) board of directors since March 2024. She is the chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Governance committee. She also serves as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation committee at Vital Connect, Inc.
